Spring Imaging Meeting: Core training in cardiovascular tomography (Part 3 - 50 mentored cardiovascular CT cases)
Friday 24 February 2012 - CPD: 5 points (applied for)

This study day will concentrate on demonstrating mentored cases on all aspects of cardiovascular CT and explicitly will aim to deliver the educational content and case based  discussion appropriate for core competency in cardiac CT as defined in the latest cardiology and radiology curricula.

The cases will be demonstrated on two commonly used workstations with interactive sessions delivered by some of the UKs most experienced cardiovascular CT practitioners.

Topics covered will include:

  • CT coronary angiography
  • Ischaemic cardiac imaging
  • Non-ischaemic and structural heart disease imaging
  • Congenital heart disease
  • Aortic pathology
  • Incidental findings

Thai Society of Cardiac Imaging together with The Heart Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the King and Thai Society of Echocardiography are organizing the 6th Congress of the Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (ASC2012).

ASCI 2012 will be the first annual ASCI congress to be held in Thailand following the previous successful events in South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. ASCI congress has continued to be the platform for experts and professionals in the field of cardiovascular imaging to exchange knowledge and ideas. In 2012, the congress will be held under the theme "Imaging innovation for cardiovascular practice" and it is expected to have up to 500 participants from Asia and other parts of the world.
